JOE DANIEL FCIB FRICS

Joe spent 25 years in commercial and corporate banking with Barclays before being appointed in 1994 Deputy Chairman and Group Managing Director of the Paul Raymond Organisation Ltd which included being Managing Director of Soho Estates Ltd. After nearly 6 years with Paul Raymond, he then joined Frogmore Estates plc for 12 months to be part of Paul White's team taking the company private. Subsequently in April 2001, Joe established a business management consultancy specialising in 'turnaround' and 'company doctor' assignments. From June 2002, Joe was part of Ansbacher's Property Finance Team which specialised in non-recourse development finance for projects in the UK and Europe. This business was purchased in April 2007 by Mitre Capital Partners Ltd from Ansbacher.

Joe retired as a Director of Mitre Capital Partners in July 2008 in order to establish Greenside Solutions but is retained by Mitre Capital Partners as a Consultant.
