The complete rebuild and remodeling of terraced houses, behind a retained listed Nash façade, into luxury apartments. The work was done under strict Crown regulations and the development has a new private access, underground car parking and access to Regent's Park.

Spouter's Corner , Wood Green, London
This leisure and retail development in north London was one of the first of its kind. It incorporated a major multiplex cinema on the upper floors and restaurants and retail on the ground floor. It was an in town development at a time when all such developments were out of town.

County Mall Shopping Centre, Crawley
County Mall comprises 50,000 m2 of prime retail shopping, food court and car parking.
This retail development was exceptional in that it redefined the location of prime retail shopping in Crawley. The existing High Street was run down and incapable of attracting the best UK retailers of the time. County Mall was built on regenerated land and included major highway diversions and linking in with the bus station to ensure easy access for shoppers.
The centre included a major department store (now Debenhams) and all the usual high street names (Boots, WHS). Integral car parking was to a high standard as to many shoppers this was the front door to the centre.
Northgate Centre, Heckmondwike, Yorkshire
The Northgate Centre is a small (3,000 m2) retail park in a small Yorkshire town, but it shows what can be achieved on a contaminated brownfield site in quick time under severe financial restraints.

Adelphi building, London
The Adelphi building comprising some 30,000 m2 is just off the Strand and is a listed building that required extreme care and attention during its refurbishment into high quality prime offices for an American oil company. The building incorporated state of the art security and computer systems. Greenside was responsible for the complete planning of this project - including implementation and construction.

Part new build part refurbishment, this low rise office building combined the latest in building services design with a traditional Nash design. Designed to accommodate both head office requirements and staff accommodation it was successfully let to a major consumer group.
